Your ONDO 20K ships from the manufacturer in China to your door. The manufacturer quotes 10 to 30 days; this page explains why, and what to expect.
How long delivery takes
Until we hold stock in Malta, every order ships from the manufacturer in China. The windows below are the manufacturer’s quoted delivery times, not our measured ones. We will replace them with real tracked times per country after the first deliveries.

Tracking
We email you the tracking number when the manufacturer hands the parcel to the carrier.
Why a power bank ships more slowly
A power bank is a lithium battery, and lithium batteries are dangerous goods in transport. Many national postal services do not accept a standalone power bank at all, so it travels with a carrier that is set up for lithium shipments. That limits the routes and adds days. It is also why we cannot simply post a replacement from Malta.
Customs and import VAT
The parcel comes into the EU from outside it. If the VAT on your order has not been collected at checkout, the carrier or your national customs may charge import VAT, and sometimes a handling fee, when the parcel arrives. We will state here exactly how VAT is handled on ONDO orders once that is confirmed with our accountant.
If your parcel is late or damaged
If tracking has not moved for a long time, or the box arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo of the box. Do not use a power bank whose case is cracked, swollen or hot. Damaged or missing parcels follow the returns and warranty page.
Flying with it after delivery
Once it arrives, the ONDO 20K goes in hand luggage only; the power banks on planes guide has the full rules.
