Yes. Every phone charges over the USB-C or USB-A port with its own cable. Magnetic wireless charging needs a magnetic ring: iPhone 12 and later have one built in, and an Android phone with wireless charging can use a magnetic case. Full table on the compatibility page.

Through a magnetic case, yes. A plain case without magnets weakens the hold and the wireless charge, and a thick case can stop it; use the cable then.

The manufacturer states about three full charges of a typical phone. Our own working figure is 2.4 to 4.7 charges, depending on the phone’s battery size; the arithmetic is in the guide to how many charges from 20,000 mAh. Wireless charging uses more energy than the cable.

Up to 22.5 W over USB-C and up to 15 W wireless on the magnet, as published by the manufacturer. Your phone decides how much of that it accepts.

It depends on the charger. The power bank takes up to 22.5 W over USB-C, as the manufacturer states. We publish our measured recharge time after testing. Charger not included.

Yes. Power bank, powerbank, portable charger and battery pack all mean the same thing: a battery you carry to charge your phone.

Yes, in hand luggage only. 20,000 mAh at 3.7 V is about 74 Wh, under the 100 Wh limit for a spare battery without airline approval. Never pack it in a checked bag. See power banks on planes.

It depends on the airline. Some allow use outside take-off and landing, some do not allow use at all, and the ones we checked do not allow you to recharge a power bank on board. Check your airline’s page before you fly.

The power bank ships from the manufacturer in China. The manufacturer quotes 10 to 30 days to Malta, Ireland and the rest of the EU. Details on the delivery page.

If the VAT on your order is not collected at checkout, import VAT may be charged when the parcel arrives. The delivery page will state the confirmed position.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return it for any reason, and a 2-year legal guarantee against faults. Email us before you send it; see returns and warranty.
