Returns and warranty

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and 2 years of legal guarantee against faults. Because this is a lithium battery, please email us before you send anything back.

14 days to change your mind

Under EU consumer law you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the power bank, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, or use the model form on the cancellation form page. We refund the price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the power bank is back with us, or until you send proof that you have posted it.

2-year legal guarantee

EU law gives you 2 years from delivery in which the seller must put right a fault that makes the product not as described or not fit for use. That is the “2-year warranty” we mention across this site: the legal guarantee, which sits with us, the seller. We repair or replace the power bank free of charge; if neither is possible, you get a price reduction or a refund.

The guarantee covers faults. It does not cover damage from drops, water or crushing, a case that has been opened, or the slow loss of capacity that every lithium battery shows with age and use.

How to return it

  1. Email us with your order number and, for a fault, a short description and a photo or video.
  2. We reply with the return address and a carrier that accepts lithium batteries. Please do not post the power bank before we reply; many postal services refuse standalone power banks.
  3. Pack it in its original box if you still have it, switched off.

Who pays for the return

For a fault, we pay the cost of the return. For a change-of-mind return, EU law lets the seller ask the buyer to pay the cost of sending the item back, and that is our rule: you pay the postage back to us.

A power bank that is swollen, hot or damaged

Stop using it and do not charge it. Do not post it. Email us with a photo and we will tell you how to deal with it safely.

When it reaches the end of its life

A power bank must never go in household waste. The crossed-out bin symbol means it goes to a separate collection point for batteries or electrical waste. Ask your local council or a shop that sells batteries where the nearest one is.
